Mr. Ravindra Jadhav entrusted us with designing his compact yet vibrant 1 RK studio located in the prestigious Lodha project, Thane. Despite the limited area of 300 square feet, the space was carefully planned and styled to offer both functionality and finesse, making every inch count.
The interiors were designed to reflect his modern taste and fast-paced urban lifestyle, with smart storage solutions, sleek finishes, and an airy ambiance that opens up the space. The project, completed in 2025 with a budget of ₹12 lakh, is a testament to how intelligent design can transform even smaller homes into stylish and comfortable living spaces.
